SMS MESSAGING POLICY
Last updated 1 August 2026
This SMS Messaging Policy describes how Frandelil, Inc. DBA EZ-TASQ ("EZ-TASQ," "we," "us," or "our") uses text messaging to communicate with customers, landscaping service providers, employees, and other users of the EZ-TASQ platform. This policy is intended to explain our SMS program in plain language and to support compliance with applicable United States messaging laws and industry rules, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act ("TCPA"), Federal Communications Commission ("FCC") requirements, CTIA messaging principles, and mobile carrier messaging requirements.
By providing a mobile phone number to EZ-TASQ and opting in to receive text messages, you agree to receive SMS and MMS messages from EZ-TASQ and, where applicable, from landscaping providers using the EZ-TASQ platform to service your account. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
TABLE OF CONTENTS
EZ-TASQ uses SMS and MMS messaging to support account access, customer onboarding, service scheduling, route and arrival coordination, service confirmations, group invitations, snow removal alerts, invoice approval, payment reminders, provider and employee communications, support requests, and other service-related notifications. Some messages may be automated and may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or similar technology.
The EZ-TASQ SMS program may include transactional, operational, account, security, customer service, and limited promotional messages. Transactional and operational messages are sent to help provide the services you request. Promotional messages, where used, are sent only where legally permitted and based on appropriate consent.
You may opt in to receive SMS messages from EZ-TASQ by providing your mobile phone number through the EZ-TASQ app, website, customer onboarding page, provider onboarding page, or another EZ-TASQ-controlled form and affirmatively agreeing to receive text messages. Opt-in may occur by checking an SMS consent box, tapping or clicking a consent button, entering a one-time password sent by SMS, signing up for service, or otherwise providing clear consent where prompted.
When you opt in, you confirm that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number provided, that you are authorized to provide consent for that number, and that the information you provide is accurate. If your mobile number changes, you agree to update your account information promptly.
3. TYPES OF MESSAGES YOU MAY RECEIVE
Depending on your role and account activity, EZ-TASQ messages may include: one-time password and account verification codes; onboarding reminders; job request and estimate updates; provider bid notifications; appointment, route, arrival, delay, and completion notices; snow removal weather monitoring and service confirmation messages; invoice approval and payment-related notices; subscription pause, resume, and cancellation confirmations; group invitation and group status messages; employee or crew assignment messages; customer support responses; and policy or account notices.
EZ-TASQ does not use SMS to request sensitive payment card details, passwords, or bank credentials. If you receive a suspicious message claiming to be from EZ-TASQ, do not respond with sensitive information and contact us using the contact information below.
Message frequency varies based on your account settings, service activity, weather events, scheduling activity, invoice activity, support requests, and whether you are a customer, provider, or employee. You may receive multiple messages during active service periods, such as onboarding, scheduled service days, snow events, route changes, invoice approval, or account verification.
Message and data rates may apply to SMS and MMS messages sent to or from your mobile device. Charges are determined by your mobile carrier and your wireless service plan. EZ-TASQ is not responsible for charges imposed by your mobile carrier.
You may opt out of EZ-TASQ SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to a message from EZ-TASQ. You may also use other carrier-recognized opt-out keywords where supported, such as STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT. After you opt out, you may receive one final message confirming that your opt-out request has been processed.
Opting out of SMS messages may affect your ability to receive time-sensitive account, scheduling, verification, weather, invoice, and service notifications. You may continue to receive non-SMS communications where permitted, such as email, app notifications, or in-app messages. If you later want to receive SMS messages again, you may re-enroll through the EZ-TASQ app or website where available.

8. ELIGIBILITY AND AUTHORIZED USE
You must be at least 18 years old or otherwise have legal authority to use the EZ-TASQ services and to consent to receive SMS messages. You agree not to provide a phone number that does not belong to you or for which you are not authorized to receive messages. You agree not to use EZ-TASQ messaging for unlawful, abusive, harassing, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes.
We collect and use mobile phone numbers and SMS consent records to provide the EZ-TASQ services, send messages you request or authorize, keep records of consent and opt-out status, prevent fraud or abuse, comply with law, and operate our messaging program. We may share information with vendors and service providers who help us deliver SMS messages, including messaging platforms, carriers, aggregators, hosting providers, analytics providers, and compliance or security service providers.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service or messaging delivery, is permitted. All other use cases exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties for their own marketing purposes.
For more information about how EZ-TASQ handles personal information, please review our Privacy Policy.
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS and MMS delivery depends on your mobile carrier, network availability, device settings, and other factors outside EZ-TASQ's control. Message availability may vary by carrier and location.
EZ-TASQ may update this SMS Messaging Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our services, messaging practices, legal obligations, or carrier requirements. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Last updated" date and will be effective when posted or otherwise made available.
